Payment, cancellation and refund procedure
Where Drift Flux Spectrum Nova offers paid sessions, programmes or consultations, fees are quoted in Japanese yen and may be subject to Japanese consumption tax (currently 10 percent) where applicable. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations received more than 72 hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund; cancellations between 72 and 24 hours receive a 50 percent refund or a single complimentary reschedule; cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. If a refund cannot be issued via the original method (e.g., expired card), we will contact you to arrange a bank transfer to a verified Japanese account.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, Drift Flux Spectrum Nova shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to Drift Flux Spectrum Nova in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) ten thousand Japanese yen (¥10,000). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drift Flux Spectrum Nova and its representatives from any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of our services.
